  • Customer: Any individual or business purchasing goods or services from BoxNBond.

  • Products: Gifting items, customized merchandise, hampers, electronics, apparel, and accessories listed on our website.

  • Order: A confirmed request for Products placed through our website or authorized channels.

2. Orders, Pricing & Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by BoxNBond.

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and revise availability without prior notice.

3. Payment

  • Payments must be made at the time of placing an order, unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways.

  • By providing payment details, the Customer confirms authorization to use the selected method.

4. Customization & Branding

  • For branded gifts, Customers must provide clear logos, artwork, and written approval.

  • Production timelines begin only after approval and payment confirmation.

  • BoxNBond will not be responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided during order confirmation.

  • Shipping delays due to courier services, natural events, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

  • Risk and ownership of Products pass to the Customer once the items are handed to the courier.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders for non-customized products can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacements or refunds will be offered after review.

7. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged as per government regulations.

  • For international deliveries, the Customer is responsible for customs duties and additional charges.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are provided with quality assurance.

  • BoxNBond’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the Products.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • All content, designs, and branding on our website are the property of BoxNBond.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
