Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing photos/videos for verification.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized, branded, or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Perishable items (food, beverages) cannot be returned once delivered.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not yet started.

Once customization or packing begins, cancellations are not allowed.
