At BoxNBond Ventures, we take pride in delivering high-quality gifting solutions for our corporate clients. Every order is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing photos/videos for verification.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, branded, or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Perishable items (food, beverages) cannot be returned once delivered.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not yet started.

  • Once customization or packing begins, cancellations are not allowed.
